Purpose-built for elective ultrasound

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

SonoLink is built specifically for elective ultrasound studios. Every feature exists because a studio owner needed it. No bloat, no enterprise upsells, no features you'll never touch.

The features that actually matter

Each feature was built to solve a real problem in a real elective ultrasound studio. Here's what you get and why it matters.

Auto-Upload from DICOM Machine

Perform your scan on a Samsung HM70 EVO (or any DICOM machine) and images flow to your private cloud server automatically. From the cloud server, they land in your Supabase database ready to share. No USB drives, no manual file transfers, no extra steps.

Why it matters: You shouldn't have to think about file management between scans. Auto-upload means images are ready to share the moment a session is done.

Shareable Patient Links

Every study gets its own unique URL. Copy it and text it to the patient, drop it in an email, or print a QR code. Patients tap the link and see their images instantly in a browser — no account creation, no app download.

Why it matters: Patients want their images now, not after fumbling with an app store. A simple link removes every barrier between them and their photos.

Mobile-First Patient Gallery

The patient gallery is designed for phones first. Swipe between images, pinch to zoom in on details, and download individual shots or the entire set. It looks polished on any device — iPhone, Android, tablet, or desktop.

Why it matters: Your patients will open the link on their phone 95% of the time. The experience needs to feel native and effortless, not like a clunky desktop site shrunk down.

PIN Protection

Add an optional 4-digit PIN to any share link. When someone opens the link, they see a PIN entry screen before any images load. Only people who know the code can view the study.

Why it matters: Some patients want extra privacy on their images. A PIN gives them peace of mind without adding complexity to your workflow — it takes two seconds to set up.

Link Expiration

Set an expiry date on any share link. After that date, the public link stops working. Images stay safely in your archive, but the patient-facing URL returns a friendly expired message.

Why it matters: You control how long images stay accessible. A 30-day window is usually plenty for patients to save their images, and you don't have to worry about stale links floating around forever.

Multi-Location Support

Run multiple studio locations from a single SonoLink platform. Each location uses its own AET (Application Entity Title) for routing, so images from Studio A stay separate from Studio B — all managed from one dashboard.

Why it matters: If you expand to a second (or third) location, you don't need a second account or a second server. AET-based routing keeps everything organized automatically.

One-Command Setup

Run a single setup script and the entire platform deploys in about 5 minutes. It provisions your cloud server, installs the DICOM receiver, configures networking, and connects everything to your web dashboard.

Why it matters: You shouldn't need an IT team to share ultrasound images. If you can paste a command into a terminal, you can deploy SonoLink.

Private & Encrypted Infrastructure

All connections are encrypted. Your DICOM data lives on your own private cloud server — not shared with other customers. Patient share links use HTTPS. No patient data is sold or shared with third parties. Ever.

Why it matters: Even for elective studios, patient trust matters. Private, encrypted infrastructure means you can tell patients their images are handled responsibly, because they are.

How it all connects

Four steps, fully automated. Images flow from your ultrasound machine to the patient's phone without you lifting a finger.

What you DON'T get

And that's the point.

SonoLink intentionally skips features that clinical PACS systems charge you for. Elective studios don't need them, so why pay for them?

EMR Integration

Elective studios don't use electronic medical records. You don't need HL7 feeds or FHIR endpoints. That complexity adds cost and setup time for zero benefit.

Report Builders

You're not generating diagnostic reports. Your patients want photos, not PDF radiology reports with templated findings.

Annotation Tools

Measurement calipers and region-of-interest markers are for diagnostic imaging. Elective studios share keepsake images, not clinical assessments.

Telehealth Features

Video consults and remote reading workflows belong in clinical PACS systems. Your workflow is: scan, share, done.

Every feature you skip is money you save. SonoLink costs $15/month because it only builds what elective studios actually use. That's not a limitation — it's a design choice.
