Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SonoLink (the “Service”), a secure image-sharing service operated by Roam Imaging, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing images through a SonoLink share link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What SonoLink is

SonoLink lets an ultrasound provider (“your Provider”) securely share ultrasound images and videos with you and store them so you can view and download them. SonoLink itself does not perform ultrasound scans, interpret images, or provide any medical service.

2. Not a medical service — elective and non-diagnostic

Images shared through SonoLink are provided for elective, keepsake, and informational purposes only. They are not a medical examination, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional prenatal or medical care. No image or feature of the Service should be relied on to detect, diagnose, monitor, or rule out any medical condition. The appearance of an image does not confirm the health, wellbeing, gestational age, or sex of a fetus. Always continue regular care with your licensed healthcare provider, and contact them with any medical questions or concerns.

3. No provider–patient relationship with SonoLink

Using the Service does not create a physician–patient, sonographer–patient, or other professional relationship between you and Roam Imaging, Inc. or SonoLink. Any professional relationship relating to your ultrasound is between you and your Provider.

4. Your access and responsibilities

Share links are private. Anyone who has your link — and its PIN, if one was set — can view the images it points to. Please keep your link and PIN confidential and do not post them publicly. Contact your Provider if you believe your link has been shared without your permission, so it can be deactivated.

5. Your images

As between you and SonoLink, you and your Provider retain your respective rights in the ultrasound images. You are granted access to view and download the images shared with you. SonoLink stores and transmits images solely to provide the Service to you and your Provider.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Share links may expire, reach a view limit, or be deactivated by your Provider at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roam Imaging, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roam Imaging, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any medical or personal decision made in reliance on elective keepsake images. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we handle and how we protect it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
